Avocado Mayonnaise Recipe: 


Black pepper, Garlic, Lemon, Chopped cilantro, Salt, Yogurt, Avocado,

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of sour cream or natural yogurt, 1 avocado ripe, 1 handful of chopped cilantro, 1 garlic clove chopped, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt to taste, and black pepper to taste.

Directions:

In a food processor, add sour cream (or yogurt), avocado, cilantro, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Done! Store the mayo in a sealed container in the fridge, and eat whenever you want to. The mayo is good for 3 or 4 days if kept under refrigeration. Use it on snacks, potatoes, salads, and even on hamburgers. It makes everything delicious!
