Ingredients:

Simply take three tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and 1 tablespoon of sea salt.

Combine all ingredients. For a minty fresh toothpaste, feel free to add a drop or two of peppermint essential oil. Stir together really well and store in a glass jar. For the most reliable results, use this toothpaste to brush your teeth two times daily.
